Our models

One document, one decision.

We turn complex knowledge into simple methods your company can apply right away. Each one is a worksheet, criteria and instructions for an AI that works with what your company knows. Companies such as McKinsey, Google and Amazon use methods like these, and we bring them to yours.

Start with your problem.

Pick the sentence that sounds like you. You will see the model, a 15-minute template and the way to do it with us, if you prefer.

Startups and new projects

An idea tested on customers before you spend money on it.

Also useful at the start: Company Core · Straight Talk · The 5-Second Message

We don’t do law or tax: for those, you always work with a lawyer and an accountant.

Used by: McKinsey — issue trees and a hypothesis from day one; Google — OKRs; Amazon — reversible and irreversible decisions (2015 shareholder letter). The other examples come from the books the models stand on.

We name companies descriptively, as examples of methods described in public sources. We do not work with these companies, are not affiliated with them, and they do not endorse our services. The names belong to their owners.

What the models are and how you’ll use them

  1. What a model is

A method from the classics of each field of business, adapted to a company where the owner decides. One working document, decision criteria and instructions for AI.

  2. Why we use it

So we don’t guess. Every model rests on the work of specific authors, listed next to it.

  3. How you’ll use it

In the Diagnosis and during implementation, we work through it together with you. The document stays with you, included at no extra cost, and your team keeps using it.

This is what a model looks like in our work with a client.

So you know what to look for, and you can run it yourself, with AI or with us.

Decision

All nine parts lead to one decision, written down on the same page.

  1. 01

    Name

Our own and easy to remember, in Polish and in English.
  2. 02

    The owner’s problem

Described in your words, not in consultant-speak.
  3. 03

    Worksheet

One document: a canvas, a checklist or a scorecard.
  4. 04

    Criteria

Thresholds that tell you it’s right.
  5. 05

    AI instructions

AI walks you through the method using what your company knows, even without us.
  6. 06

    Example

The method shown on an example, step by step.
  7. 07

    Sources

Whose ideas we built it on. We don’t copy text from books.
  8. 08

    Limits

When not to use it. Honestly, on the same page.
  9. 09

    Common failures

Three named mistakes: symptom, cause and first move.

How to use them

With us

When we work with you, we build each model together and leave it in your Company Brain.

On your own

Some models come with a free template: a goal, step-by-step instructions, fields to fill in and an example. No email needed.
