We test the idea against our models: for whom, at what price and why people will buy. We put decisions in writing.

Brand
Name, identity and a message a customer understands in 5 seconds (and packaging, if you make a physical product). Zuzanna Ozga and ZU_O Creative Agency create the brand.

Product and tools
Website, prototype and AI automations. We build the final product with your tech team or with a partner.

Launch
A plan for the launch and the first customers, metrics and a working rhythm. We’re there every week, not once a month.
How we charge
Cash
A fixed scope and price after the first call.
Cash and equity
A lower price, with part of our fee in equity.
Equity
On early projects, we can come in for equity only. In that case, you don’t pay us in cash.
We agree on equity case by case, depending on the project’s stage and the scope of our work.
We put the terms, including the legal form of the company, in a contract before we start.
Why us
We build companies ourselves. We grow the ZANA Cosmetics and Superblends brands, run ZU_O Creative Agency, create our own apps such as Helobrand Work, and bring AI and automation into our own work. Maciej spent 12 years in large corporations, including more than 10 in banking and fintech. Together, we know many industries: from banking to cosmetics, tea and design.

Where we can’t help
- You’re looking for an investor to give you money. We don’t invest cash.
- You only need a logo. We won’t help with that, but Zuzanna will make it in her agency, ZU_O Creative Agency.
