For 12 years I worked in large corporations — from tech companies to banks. In my last role, I led a team that vetted investors before they transferred their money. I learned one thing there: a good decision is not courage but a system — data, a procedure and a second person who checks.

Then I left to fully develop the companies Zuzanna and I have co-built since 2023: ZANA Cosmetics, Superblends and ZU_O Creative Agency. No team, no analysis department, no procedures. It wasn’t one bad evening. It built up: prices, suppliers, campaigns, tools, clients — each decision small on its own, together a constant feeling that there was something I didn’t know, that I could do better, that one mistake could cost a lot. That’s when I understood that in a small company the problem isn’t a lack of work, but a lack of clarity.

So we built ourselves what was missing: a Company Brain. The best knowledge from business books turned into our own methods and kept up to date, all of our companies’ knowledge in one place, and AI that analyzes, remembers and proposes — and leaves the decision to us. Today we do this for others. Because no one should have to know everything alone to run a company well.
