We work with the discipline of banking and fintech, where anti-money laundering is everyday work. We bring in AI the same way: in writing, with controls and on record.

We do strategy, marketing, sales and AI ourselves. Legal, tax and large IT implementations — with partners we’ll introduce by name when they’re needed.

Do you already have clients?
We’re starting out. That’s why the first three companies in the 90-Day Program get a lower price in exchange for agreeing to let us describe the results. We test our methods on our own companies first, and the guarantee is in writing.
What will I get out of it?
A clear decision and its implementation, not a report. At the start we agree on how we’ll know it worked: time, margin or a decision made. In the 90-Day Program we measure before and after at the end, on your data.
I don’t believe in consulting.
We understand. A report in a drawer changes nothing. That’s why we don’t stop at recommendations; we implement with you. In the 90-Day Program we give a guarantee in writing: if you do your part and the 3 processes written down at the start aren’t working on day 90, we keep working at no extra cost, for up to 60 days, until they do.
My company doesn’t need anyone from outside.
Maybe not. Take the free test: if your score is high, it will say so plainly. From the outside you can see what you no longer notice up close.

I’d rather invest in marketing.
Marketing amplifies what you already have. If your offer, price or service loses customers, more traffic means more lost customers. The Diagnosis will show whether marketing is your bottleneck today.
Why is the Diagnosis paid?
Because you get a plan in writing: bottlenecks, the 3 most important steps, measures and the value in PLN. If you order implementation within 14 days of the plan review, we credit the full 4 900 PLN.
How much of my time will it take?
For the Diagnosis: a form and a 90-minute conversation. In the 90-Day Program: 60 minutes a week, access, and one person for each process.
Who sees my company’s data?
People: the two of us, Maciej and Zuzanna. If a collaborator helps on a project, they sign a confidentiality agreement. Tools: business-tier AI plans or APIs whose providers commit not to train on your data (the main providers are listed in our terms, §7). Your company’s knowledge sits in your own accounts, in ordinary files, and we keep passwords and bank account numbers out of it. You can use what we build with no time limit.
Wouldn’t it be better to hire a manager?
A manager will take over tasks, but the knowledge and the decisions still sit in your head, and someone has to onboard them. First we write down what they should take over and by what rules, so the new person has something to work from. The Diagnosis will show whether hiring is your bottleneck today.
